Photography and Video

We reserve the right to take and use photographs and video at Crown Private Limited events. We may use any photograph or video taken at any Crown Private Limited event, without the express permission of those included within the photograph or video. We may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Crown Private Limited. Any person desiring to not have their image used as described above must notify Crown Private Limited in writing prior to the given event (Olga.sosina@crownprivate.com), and must include a photograph. We will only use the photograph to verify your person and will hold it in confidence.

Although we take the security of your Personal Information very seriously and are constantly improving our efforts to protect it, no electronic communication over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secured. Though we take great care to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you submit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Changes to Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may revise this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. If we make revisions that change the way we collect or use your Personal Information, those changes will be posted in this Privacy Policy and the effective date will be noted at the bottom of the Privacy Policy.
